Our body emits on average 38 to 60 milliliters of water per hour. So the mattress, pillow, blanket and bedlinen must absorb the moisture we evaporate without leaving a feeling of clamminess. At the same time they must be able to exchange moisture with air, otherwise, all that moisture condenses at the bottom of the mattress, which can lead to forming mold. We suggest to air out bed linen throughout the day and only make up the bed just before bedtime. Change your mattress protector, sheets and duvet covers weekly.
